Alchemical Healing
Alchemical Healing gives access to our innate inner wisdom and healing as well as a connection to all of the cosmos. In this way, we can enter an optimum state of well-being personally, communally, and globally.
I have witnessed and experienced very profound and life altering experiences of healing with this modality, and I look forward to sharing it with you. Alchemical Healing is a powerful healing art that utilizes visualizations and journeying techniques to access the symbolic language of the subconscious. During our time together archetypal aspects—such as animal spirits, guides, the five elements, colors, and plant spirits—are accessed in to gain wisdom, healing, and advice on what is most needed for your highest good and deepest health. It is a very interactive process during which I guide you through a profound opportunity to address and heal; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
In 2011, I was initiated by Nicki Scully as a lineage holder in the Hermetic tradition of Thoth, certifying me as a teacher and practitioner of Alchemical Healing. In addition to private sessions, I also offer Alchemical Healing classes from time to time.

Coaching
As a Certified Life Coach, I will hold space for you in such a way as to deeply listen to your intention to be able to ask the questions that will elicit answers from your innate wisdom and knowing. Coaching is present/future-focused modality centering on your personal development and the intention that you are seeking to work with. A coach does not give advice or offer solutions. I am honored to help you access your own solutions to a problem or challenge, move through a life transition, and/or develop an idea, project, or opportunity.
I am a Master Certified Professional Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute.
Consulting
Consulting differs from Coaching in that I will take an active role in problem solving and providing suggestions and advice. It is similar to coaching in that I will deeply listen to you and ask many questions to help discover, define, and develop your intention.
Ecopsychology
Ecopsychological principles are at the heart of all of my work. I define Ecopsychology as the inter-connectivity of the psyche, ecology, and spirit through the recognition of the interconnected, interdependence of all parts of the whole. Humanity lives within a holonic living system and would not survive without it. This means we are not defined by the boundary of our skin or our minds, but are, in fact, in relationship with the whole of the interconnected web of life on this planet, and even beyond into the cosmos. Ecopsychology offers solutions through various practices, rites of passages, rituals, and re-connection to the earth from which we all come.
I hold a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology with a concentration in Ecopsychology from Naropa University. This degree provides a profound academic container for all I do and offer.
Spiritual Guidance
Whether you are seeking your sacred purpose, looking for greater meaning and connection, needing prayer for a challenge or difficulty, or are going though a dark night of the soul, I welcome the opportunity to be a sacred witness for you.
I provide Spiritual Guidance to help you identify and access the divine as you define it in order to open your heart to the transcendent love that is within and all around you. I believe that a connection to something greater than oneself is essential to a whole and integrated life.
Along with Spiritual Guidance, I officiate weddings, bless births, honor those who have passed, create ceremony & ritual, and develop rights of passage. Reach out to talk about the possibilities.
I am ordained as a Minister of Prayer through the Center for Sacred Studies and am Sufi initiate with the Inayatiyya.

Intention: Identify the seed.
A seed germinates deep within the darkness of the mud.
You have an intention—a focus, situation, issue, challenge, problem, or project—that you have been carrying within.

Expansion: With attention, it will root.
The interaction of the mud, the water, and the impulse to be something more, the seed cracks open to sprout with new roots reaching down in to the mud.
With the desire to understand it more, the intention is encouraged to expand.

Growth: Allow space for growth.
As the growths develops, the leaves form.
As your intention develops, goals are established.

The flower bud breaks the surface as it reaches for the light.
